• Source, assess and secure properties aligned with client briefs and InvestorKit standards.
• Lead negotiations with selling agents to protect client interests.
• Conduct thorough due diligence, including price and rental appraisals and inspections.
• Ensure client satisfaction and smooth handover with Settlement Support.
• Collaborate with Strategy and Research to align targets with market timing.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and portals.
• Manage deals through to unconditional status and liaise with Settlement Support.
• Contribute to team discussions, training and development.
