Core Responsibilities

• Identify and secure off‑market and pre‑market properties.
• Conduct thorough due diligence to ensure properties meet client needs and company standards.
• Evaluate property value, rental potential, and cash flow to align with investment criteria.
• Present finalised properties to clients for approval.
• Deliver exceptional client service through professional presentations, collaboration, and problem‑solving.
• Communicate effectively and strategically to clients and their needs.
