• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA/CA qualification (or currently studying toward it) preferred.
• Experience in Management Accounting.
• Exposure to Yardi is desirable.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Deliver accurate monthly management accounts, including P&L analysis, balance sheets, and variance commentaries.
• Prepare journal entries and manage outgoings reconciliations, budgets, and wash-ups across a portfolio of assets.
• Act as a subject matter expert for financial reporting matters.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Support audits, system enhancements, and new asset transitions.
