Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Property Accountant in Sydney to own and deliver monthly management reporting across a diverse asset portfolio. You will prepare P&L analyses, balance sheets, and variance commentary, and drive accuracy through journal entries and reconciliations.

You will act as a financial reporting SME, maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and support audits, system enhancements, and asset transitions, while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and CBRE policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA/CA qualification (or currently studying towards it) preferred.
• Experience in Management Accounting.
• Exposure to systems like Yardi (desirable, not essential).
