Job summary

CBRE, Inc. in Sydney is seeking a Property Accountant to own monthly management reporting, balance sheets, P&L analysis, and variance commentary for a diverse portfolio.

You will prepare journal entries, manage outgoings reconciliations, budgets and wash-ups, and act as a subject matter expert for financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• CPA/CA qualification or current studying towards it preferred.
• Experience in Management Accounting.
• Exposure to systems like Yardi (desirable, not essential).
