Job summary

KBR is seeking an experienced Project and Program Director to lead major infrastructure programs in a client-side environment. You will influence outcomes across the program lifecycle, managing relationships with clients, asset owners, and partners to ensure safety, schedule, and cost targets are met.

You will build high-performing teams, drive innovation, and maintain a client-first mindset while delivering complex programs across multiple concurrent projects in Australia.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as Project Director, Program Manager or Portfolio Manager.
• Track record of strategic leadership and data-based decision making.
• Strong communication and reporting across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Understanding of delivery/contractual models and WHS requirements.
• Written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of major infrastructure programs in a client-side environment.
