Job summary

KBR is seeking an experienced Innovation and Transformation Director based in Adelaide, leading the creation and operationalisation of a strategic program within a major infrastructure context. You will influence stakeholders, manage risk and budgets, and translate a change agenda into practical pilots and execution pathways, with a global best-in-class mindset and LEAN thinking.

This role requires strong leadership as part of the executive team, delivering outcomes for clients and communities

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise change, innovation and transformation programs.
• Strong strategic leadership and change management abilities.
• Ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders across client and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with client, consultant and KBR teams.
• Lead the transformation and innovation agenda for an enterprise program.
• Develop transformation initiatives from diagnostics and maturity assessments.
• Design pilot programs and conduct robust stress and success tests.
• Underpin approaches with LEAN thinking and benefits realisation.
• Roll out programs to BAU with measurement of benefits and transparency.
• Engage specialist subconsultants and international experts to deliver value.
