Job summary

Lycopodium in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Lead Planner to join our growing team. You will oversee and monitor project schedules, coordinate with study and project teams, and ensure delivery to the highest quality in line with client and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in mineral processing or construction scheduling, with strong Oracle and Primavera skills, and the ability to produce accurate schedules and reports under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 10+ years planning experience in mineral processing/construction projects.
• Ability to prepare accurate, detailed schedules and reports.
• Knowledge of Oracle and Primavera software.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain project schedules across all project phases.
• Read and interpret design deliverables to support scheduling.
• Provide up-to-date data to manage project activities.
• Respond to changes to ensure on-time delivery within scope.
• Analyze changes and trends to mitigate delays.
• Evaluate progress against budget and deadlines.
