Job summary

HorizonOne Recruitment Pty seeks a project support role to manage the operational and administrative backbone of two national surveillance systems. You’ll work with the Program Manager and Senior Project Officer across contracts, procurement, data governance and reporting.

The role covers coordinating data dashboards and analytics, stakeholder engagement, and broader administrative tasks, with flexible or remote working options by agreement. A Baseline security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a project support, secretariat or administrative role within a government or technical environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Experience supporting contracts, procurement or stakeholder engagement activities.
• Clear written communication skills with experience supporting reporting or publications.

Responsibilities

• Providing secretariat and internal coordination support across contracts and procurement, stakeholder engagement, data governance and reporting
• Supporting the management of contracts and procurement processes related to the surveillance systems
• Coordinating stakeholder engagement activities across internal and external parties
• Supporting data governance processes and manage incoming data requests
• Assisting with reporting, publications and communications related to the surveillance programs
• Coordinating data dashboards and analytics activities in support of the Program Manager and Senior Project Officer
• Providing broader operational and administrative support to the team as required
