Job summary

Randstad is seeking an APS6 Quality Officer to join our government sector team in Melbourne. The role focuses on integrating programs and managing the full program schedule, working closely with the Program Governance Manager to identify dependencies and milestones.

You will establish and report on timelines, manage stakeholder relationships, assess and mitigate risks, and produce reports and briefs under tight deadlines.

About your new role

The Senior Project Officer will be responsible for overseeing the integration of the program, with a focus on managing the comprehensive program schedule. This role works closely with the Program Governance Manager to identify and analyse key dependencies and interdependencies that impact the program's critical path and key milestones.What you will need to exceed

• Strong skills in establishing, managing, and reporting on project timelines and deliverables.
• Ability to manage relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders, ensuring collaboration and alignment.
• Expertise in identifying, evaluating, and managing risks within a program or project context.
• High-quality written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce reports, briefs, and correspondence under tight deadlines.
• Ability to foster inclusive and culturally safe working environments.
