Randstad is seeking a Principal Program Manager to lead the implementation, delivery, and reporting for a Commonwealth Federation Funding Agreement within a state government team in Queensland. You will own critical Cabinet and legislative matters and provide high-level advice to executives and stakeholders.

The role requires robust performance and compliance frameworks, expert MS Projects scheduling, and strong stakeholder engagement across internal leaders, central agencies, and industry

Qualifikationen

• Ability to design and execute robust performance, monitoring, and compliance frameworks to meet strict Commonwealth standards.
• Advanced written communication skills to author high-level statutory and executive documents, including Cabinet Submissions, Executive Council Minutes, Drafting Instructions, Explanatory Speech notes, Estimates Briefing Notes, and Ministerial correspondence
• Ability to synthesise industry, national, and international trends into clear strategic advice for senior leadership.
• Hands-on project and program management skills to oversee budgets, coordinate resources, manage delivery timelines, and report on quality and value-for-money outcomes within tight timeframes.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to manage relationships with internal leaders, central agencies, Commonwealth authorities, and external industry partners.
• Essential Familiarity with building standards, regulatory frameworks, housing, or construction industry policy.
