The Sydney Children’s Hospitals Network is seeking a Senior Project Officer, Epi & Evaluation and Education & Engagement, to provide operational coordination and project management across epidemiology, evaluation and education streams.

Reporting to stream leads and the PMO, you will plan, monitor and report on projects, manage risks and dependencies, and support governance and continuous improvement within a multidisciplinary healthcare setting in Sydney’s Westmead area.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in health, science, management, project management, public administration or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating projects, programs or operational activities within complex healthcare or government environments.
• Well-developed project management skills including planning, monitoring and reporting on milestones, deliverables, risks and dependencies.

Responsabilités

• Provide operational coordination and project/ program management support across streams.
• Coordinate workplans, project schedules, governance and reporting processes.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies and priorities to support decisions.
• Support governance, accountability and program delivery in a matrix environment.
