Job summary

VenuesWest invites applications for the role of Senior Project Officer based at the Perth High Performance Centre in Mount Claremont. You will support minor capital works, asset planning and infrastructure improvement programs across our venue portfolio, coordinating with Facilities Management and Capital Works teams to ensure facilities are safe, reliable and fit-for-purpose.

This full-time fixed-term position is for 24 months with potential extension and/or permanency, and mobility across

Qualifications

• Experience in project delivery, asset management or facilities-related environments.
• Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and contribute to project delivery and business improvement initiatives.
• Candidates with knowledge of communications and security cabling systems will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of minor capital works projects, asset planning initiatives and infrastructure improvement programs across VenuesWest's venue portfolio.
• Provide project coordination, asset management support and technical advice to ensure facilities are safe, reliable and fit for purpose.
• Based at Perth High Performance Centre with mobility may be required across the portfolio.
