Job summary

Dematic is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale warehouse automation and MHS projects across NSW, VIC, and QLD. Based in Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane, you will own the full project lifecycle from contract award to commissioning, while coordinating internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure delivery excellence.

• Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale, complex engineering, automation, or MHS projects.
• Strong understanding of system layouts and integration complexity.

Responsibilities

• Own the project delivery phase from contract review through final handover.
• Lead development of integrated project schedules (critical path focus).
• Coordinate stakeholders and execute scope with cross-functional teams.
• Manage budgets, risks, and procurement strategies.
• Support FAT, SAT, commissioning, and customer acceptance testing.
