Job summary

Halcyon Knights is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for a daily rate contract in Australia’s retail and eCommerce space. You will lead end-to-end delivery of large technology transformations, unifying multiple business units into a common future-state environment.

Ideal candidates will have enterprise-level delivery experience in retail/eCommerce, strong stakeholder management, and hands-on ability in fast-paced settings, with Agile, JIRA and Confluence proficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex technology projects/programs at enterprise level.
• Strong retail, eCommerce, or loyalty industry experience.
• Experience driving transformation across distributed environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management across technical and business groups.
• Proven ability to stay hands-on in fast-paced settings.
• Proficient with agile methodologies, JIRA and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of initiatives to bring multiple businesses into a common future-state technology environment.
• Oversee large-scale technology transformation programs across distributed teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business units, IT and vendors to ensure alignment and successful delivery.

My client, a leader in the Australian retail & eCommerce space, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join them for a daily rate contract, with the view for long term extension.The role is for a large-scale technology transformation, leading end-to-end delivery of initiatives to bring multiple businesses into a common future-state technology environment.

Experience in retail, eCommerce or similar industries with tech change across distributed or complex environments is essential.

The requirements:

• Strong experience leading complex technology projects/programs at an enterprise level
• Strong experience in retail, eCommerce, loyalty or highly similar industry
• Experience leading transformation, migration or tech change across distributed environments is highly regarded
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across technical, business and external stakeholders
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments whilst remaining hands-on
