Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of end-to-end project management on building projects.
• Previous experience delivering education projects is ideal.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Client management and consultation
• Project Planning / Feasibility studies
• Design Management and Value Engineering
• Procurement of construction services
• Cost control and cost reporting
• Superintendent of construction delivery
• Commissioning and post contract duties for handover

Education

Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or similar
