Smart Technology Recruitment Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior Project Manager for its Local Government portfolio in Adelaide, SA. This hands-on role manages a portfolio of projects up to $5M, coordinating client relationships and delivery teams across scoping to close-out.

You will lead project teams, contractors and consultants, ensuring scope, program and budget control while maintaining strong procurement and contract administration capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in delivery roles.
• Experience managing multiple projects up to $5M.
• Proven leadership of project teams, contractors and consultants.
• Strong procurement, contract administration and commercial skills.
• Excellent scheduling, risk and cost management capabilities.
• Engineering or related technical discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects from scoping to delivery, handover and close out.
• Lead project teams, contractors and consultants.
• Oversee scope, program, budget, risk and quality control.
• Coordinate procurement, contract administration, variations and change control.
• Provide clear reporting to clients and senior stakeholders.
• Support sector manager with team leadership and day-to-day delivery.
