Overview

Local Peoples is taking expressions of interest for Project and Delivery Managers who are interested in working as an embedded team member with our Government clients in both contract and ongoing roles.

Required Skills And Experience

• Project and or Delivery Manager with 5+ years of experience working within Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum and SAFe
• Experience managing discoveries, co-design activities (workshops, interviews etc), process modelling, journey mapping, user stories, management of requirements within a product backlog.
• Identifying business needs and making sure they are fully captured by planning, defining, and managing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional and technical requirements.
• Conducting business discovery and co-design workshops, interviews, and meetings with internal and external stakeholders/working groups.
• Recommend effective business and ICT changes
• Extensive experience and highly developed skills in performing analysis of systems and business processes, process mapping, user stories, use cases, data migration source-to-target mapping, specifications, and wireframes.
• An ability to describe the business impacts of current and proposed solutions, including risks and benefits
• Analysis and reporting on the results of new solutions implemented in business and IT processes.
• Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with stakeholders, including the ability to act as the team's representative in meetings with business units.
• Experience facilitating workshops, stakeholder interviews, presentations, product backlog management and user acceptance testing.

Residency and Clearance

• Hold a current ASGVA Baseline clearance or be able to obtain one.
• This role is open to all states.
