Job summary

Richard Crookes Constructions (RCC) is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead a major community project from early stages through to completion, collaborating with senior leaders, consultants and site teams.

You will coordinate consultants, subcontractors and internal teams, drive safety, quality, programme and commercial outcomes, and manage client relationships with senior stakeholders. RCC values First Nation peoples and encourages inclusive applications.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in building construction.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• A collaborative, solutions-focused approach.
• Qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or similar.

• Leading project delivery from planning through to handover
• Coordinating consultants, subcontractors and internal teams
• Managing client relationships and key stakeholders
• Driving safety, quality, programme and commercial outcomes
