Qualifications

• 12+ years in construction project management on large-scale builds.
• Degree-qualified in Construction Management or similar.
• Proven track record on D&C projects valued at $70M+.
• Deep understanding of contracts, technical construction, and project delivery.
• Familiarity with Cheops and Primavera is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 30+ strong team on a landmark Sydney project.
• Interface with Project Director and key stakeholders.
• Ensure delivery of the $150M commercial build on time and budget.
