Job summary

Infinity Constructions Group Pty. Ltd. in Sydney seeks a Senior Contract Administrator to report to the Project Manager and collaborate with the project team and partners on a large commercial build.

Responsibilities include end-to-end procurement, contract administration, compliance with head contracts, claims, variations, and reporting. The role requires a 6+ year track record with a head contractor and a tertiary qualification in Construction Management or QS, with Cheops knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience with a head contractor
• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Strong relationships with partners and stakeholders
• Contract administration and knowledge on commercial projects up to $50m+

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement including tender prep, evaluation and contract awards
• Oversee contract administration using construction software
• Ensure compliance with head contract obligations, including progress claims, forecasting, variations and reporting
• Lead and support CA team resources including performance management and leave approvals
• Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve contractual issues with consultants, contractors and suppliers
• Coordinate project close-out including financial wrap-up, handover documentation and defect resolution
• Administer authority, utility and DA requirements throughout the project lifecycle
• Promote safety, environmental and quality culture in line with policies and legislation
