Job summary

Parkview Constructions Pty is seeking an experienced Project Manager to own complex, large-scale developments from planning through to completion in Sydney. You will lead end-to-end delivery, oversee procurement and schedules, and manage consultants, subcontractors and site teams to achieve project goals.

You will drive safety, quality and commercial performance while maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in a similar Project Manager role.
• Demonstrated experience delivering high-rise residential or commercial projects over $50M.
• Deep understanding of the Sydney construction market, subcontractor base and local authority requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, from design development to practical completion.
• Oversee procurement, contracts, and construction schedules.
• Manage consultants, subcontractors and site teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships with clients, authorities and internal teams.
• Monitor risk, compliance and quality systems, ensuring issues are addressed proactively.
• Conduct monthly performance reporting and forecast reviews.
• Drive a strong safety culture and ensure WHSE policies are actively implemented.
• Lead and coach project staff to meet key deliverables and foster professional growth.
