Design & Build is recruiting a Senior Project Manager to lead a landmark $300m project in South Australia. You will drive scope, schedule, and budget while coordinating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

The role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and risk management to deliver on time and to client expectations. You’ll mentor team members and report to senior management, ensuring safety standards and quality across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project management plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary.
• Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project risks.
• Mentor and support other team members.
