• 7–20+ years of experience in project leadership, client-side delivery, or advisory.
• Background in infrastructure, commercial property, or complex built environment projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving capabilities.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, or Property

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across all project phases from concept to completion.
• Coordinate internal teams, contractors, consultants and stakeholders.
• Prepare project reporting, governance, procurement and contract administration.
• Manage risks, budgets and timeframes while driving high-performance outcomes
