Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) is expanding its Infrastructure & Capital Projects Advisory practice in Australia, seeking Senior Managers and Directors to work on major transport, energy, water and social infrastructure projects. The role involves advisory leadership, financial modelling, PPPs and complex deal structuring, with a focus on delivering value for money and impactful public outcomes.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in infrastructure advisory, project finance or related fields.
Proven experience advising on major infrastructure transactions and investments.
Strong expertise in project finance, financial modelling, PPPs, alternative financing mechanisms and commercial structuring.
Experience working with government agencies, infrastructure owners, investors, financiers or major contractors.
Outstanding stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead Strategic Infrastructure Advisory Engagements with government and private sector clients.
Deliver sophisticated financial models to support investment decisions and negotiations.
Manage end-to-end transaction processes including market sounding, procurement and negotiations.
Build and grow the practice through market opportunities and client relationships.
Develop future leaders through mentoring and coaching within multidisciplinary teams.
