Job summary

Embedded Expertise is seeking an experienced project manager to coordinate a high voltage project in NSW. You will lead design, construction and commissioning, manage budgets, schedules and stakeholder input, and ensure HSE compliance across the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has proven delivery of high voltage installations around $50m+, experience with industrial processing plants, and strong proficiency with SAP, MS Project and MS Office. A engineering qualification is essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering high voltage projects around $50m+
• Experience in industrial processing plants (gas/oil/petroleum/chemical)
• Proficient with project tools such as SAP, MS Office, MS Project
• Electrical Engineering degree, advanced diploma, or trade qualification

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all HSE systems, objectives, policies and standards.
• Lead with honesty, integrity and accountability, delivering on commitments and holding others to the same standards.
• Drive delivery to demanding schedules while leading multidisciplinary experts through design, manufacturing, construction and commissioning.
• Maintain clear project documentation covering objectives, scope, options, risks, costs and schedules.
• Manage project expenditure, optimise capital allocation and provide accurate monthly cost-to-complete forecasts.
• Engage stakeholders and incorporate site-based customer input into project solutions.
• Proactively implement corrective actions to maintain project progress and schedules.
• Apply the Project Management Framework consistently to deliver projects successfully.
