Job summary

Parkview Constructions Pty is seeking an experienced Project Manager to own complex, large-scale constructions from planning through to completion. This senior role drives outcomes, leads high-performing teams and acts as the primary contact for clients and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.

You will ensure delivery on time, on budget and to the highest standards, with a strong focus on safety, quality and commercial performance across projects in Sydney.

Qualifications

• Must have degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in a Project Manager role.
• Experience delivering high-rise residential or commercial projects over $50M.
• Strong understanding of Sydney construction market, subcontractor base and local authority requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Attention to detail with contract administration and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from design development to practical completion.
• Oversee procurement, contracts, and construction schedules.
• Manage consultants, subcontractors and site teams to align with project goals.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships with clients, authorities and internal teams.
• Monitor risk, compliance and quality systems; address issues proactively.
• Conduct monthly performance reporting and forecast reviews.
• Drive a strong safety culture and ensure WHSE policies are implemented.
• Lead and coach project staff to meet key deliverables and growth.
