Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead complex infrastructure projects using structured methodologies, including governance, scheduling, risk management and contract oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and coordinate business case development activities and team members to support successful delivery of the ETCS Program.
• Lead the ETCS PMO with governance, schedules, risk and supplier contractual arrangements to deliver projects on time and budget.
• Develop and oversee financial controls and strategies aligned with project goals, including budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Ensure projects follow required approval processes and governance.
• Develop and maintain project documentation including cabinet papers and decision briefs.
• Oversee contractual documents to ensure compliance and alignment with objectives.
• Lead and manage recruitment, engagement, performance, development and culture for employees and contractors.
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to manage and deliver ETCS programs.
