Job summary

CPP is seeking an electrical/engineering professional to expand their career into Project Management, taking ownership from client engagement through to delivery on HV infrastructure projects across Australia.

You will coordinate internal teams and subcontractors, manage schedules and costs, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the wider construction and operations teams while supporting repeat business and safer, more reliable power networks.

Qualifications

• Experience in HV or similar electrical/renewables infra environments.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, margins and delivery outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder relationships with clients, contractors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Own projects from client engagement through delivery and close-out.
• Coordinate internal delivery teams and subcontractors to meet timelines.
• Manage scopes, resources and communications to keep projects on track.
• Support wider construction and operations teams and pursue repeat business.
