Job summary

MYtech Consulting Services Pty is seeking a skilled Project Manager for a 6-month fixed-term contract with the NT Police Force. You will provide leadership, coordination, and direction for selected projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and to quality standards.

The role emphasises planning, governance, change management, and stakeholder engagement across multidisciplinary teams, with a focus on adoption of new systems and continuous benefits realization.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead project teams and deliver complex changes.
• Experience coordinating across multiple departments and agencies.
• Strong planning, scheduling, risk, and governance discipline.
• Ability to balance delivery with adoption and benefits realization.
• Experience in change management, training, and user engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level leadership, coordination and oversight for delivery of in-scope project deliverables.
• Drive adoption and integration of new systems, tools, processes into frontline environments.
• Steer business readiness to adopt outputs from project deliverables.
• Coordinate internal and external communications for stakeholders.
• Apply project management methodologies for planning, control and delivery.
• Manage a detailed schedule with critical path and dependencies.
• Rigorously manage risks, issues, assumptions and constraints with governance focus.
• Monitor and report on outcomes to ensure benefits are realised and sustained.
• Lead change management, training, and communication initiatives to embed new capabilities.
• Analyse operational, legislative, or regulatory requirements relevant to the project.
• Provide progress updates to senior management on risks and performance.
• Contribute to other Digital Transformation Program projects as required.
