Job summary

Laing O’Rourke is recruiting a Project Manager to lead a large multi-disciplinary team on Australia’s defence infrastructure program at Osborne, SA. You will ensure delivery within time, cost, quality, and safety, collaborating with clients and authorities to manage expectations and risks.

You will drive continuous improvement, coach talent, and build teams with the right capabilities while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams on complex infrastructure projects.
• A degree in engineering or construction management.
• Australian citizenship with the ability to obtain NV1 defence clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large multidisciplinary team to deliver the project scope within time, cost, quality and safety requirements.
• Drive high performance through collaboration, leadership, risk identification, and client/authority interface.
• Actively promote continuous improvement and innovation.
• Build balanced teams with the right skills and behaviours; coach and develop talent.
