Neoscape in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of Data Centre projects. You will guide the process, manage design and contracts, and ensure targets and stakeholder expectations are met with a leadership team.

With 7+ years in project and development management, including 5+ years in Melbourne for a consultancy, you will mentor teams, drive client relationships and uphold quality across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture or similar.
• Over 7 years’ experience in the project and development management space.
• Minimum 5 years in Melbourne and working for a project management consultancy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the process, design and delivery of tasks and projects and administer contracts to ensure targets are met.
• Lead the project delivery team, manage client relationships and provide support to Directors.
• Drive business development, training and development, and foster team culture.
