Job summary

CyberCX in Adelaide seeks a Senior Project Manager to orchestrate delivery and transition to support for large, interdependent projects. You will lead multiple teams, manage scope, schedule and budget while ensuring strong client experiences and alignment with business goals. The role requires PRINCE2/CAPM-PMP, 5+ years’ leadership of professional service or IT projects, and Australian security clearance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing large Professional Services or IT project teams.
• Proven record of successful implementation of complex projects and programs.
• Project Management Certifications (PRINCE2 Practitioner or CAPM / PMP).
• Australian Security Clearance (Baseline minimum).

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery and transition to support for multiple complex projects and engagements.
• Ensure projects deliver stellar client experiences within time, scope and budget.
• Develop detailed project, program and transition plans and manage scope, schedule, cost changes.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including steering-level schedules and reports.
• Coordinate activities of multiple project teams and assist with resource scheduling.
• Build and manage relationships with clients, stakeholders and third parties.
• Perform risk management across projects to minimise risks and identify improvements.
