Job summary

CyberCX's Strategy & Consulting team seeks a Manager to lead small project teams of Strategy & Consulting specialists and act as a trusted cyber security advisor to senior stakeholders in Australia's largest organisations.

You will guide consultants, build client trust through clear communication, and drive planning, execution, and delivery across the client life cycle, from opportunity identification to engagement closure.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience at a global consulting firm or large tech company in cyber security.
• Experience identifying opportunities and selling engagements.
• Proven track record delivering high-quality client outcomes.
• Experience coaching and leading teams to build capabilities.
• Strong strategic mindset and understanding of engagements in a broader business context.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customers' business needs and advise on strategic cyber security planning.
• Manage relationships with customers including change management, account planning, and development of key relationships to lead to follow-on work.
• Manage engagement teams, including project scoping and definition, work plan development and implementation, meeting preparation and facilitation, and project management.
• Plan and coordinate the resources necessary to complete product implementation and preparation of major strategic proposals.
• Perform rigorous analysis to identify potential value creating opportunities, developing cohesive conclusions, and presenting key findings at the executive level.
• Lead, coach and build high performing Strategy & Consulting Practice teams by developing others’ skills and increasing knowledge of CyberCX and Practice products, services, capabilities.
