Job summary

CRANE TECH CRANES AND CONSULTING PTY LTD in South-East Melbourne is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead crane operations and construction projects. You will own client portfolios from planning through to delivery, coordinating cranes, labour, engineering, safety and commercial outcomes.

The role offers senior leadership responsibilities, autonomy and a strong support network to drive growth across Victoria.

Qualifications

• Extensive project management experience within cranes, heavy lift, construction or infrastructure.
• Strong relationships within the Victorian construction or infrastructure market.
• Proven ability to identify, secure and commercially manage new work.
• Experience managing large or complex projects from tender through to completion.
• Strong commercial awareness, including budgets, contracts and variations.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage your own client and project portfolio.
• Work with clients from planning and tendering through mobilisation, delivery and completion.
• Develop scopes, budgets, proposals and submissions.
• Convert opportunities into secured work.
• Coordinate crane requirements, labour, engineering, logistics and resources.
• Monitor budgets, variations and profitability.
• Maintain communication with clients and resolve issues promptly.
