Bridge Housing is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional projects from discovery through delivery and into business-as-usual. You will coordinate multiple workstreams, manage dependencies and ensure governance, quality, and on-time delivery within budget.

You will translate contractual and operational requirements into mobilization plans, drive stakeholder alignment, and deliver measurable benefits while adhering to corporate governance and reporting standards.

Qualifications

• Significant project management experience leading complex, cross-functional projects and organisational change.
• Strong planning and organisational skills with ability to manage competing priorities and timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to prepare reports and recommendations.
• Robust stakeholder engagement, facilitation and influencing capabilities across functions.

Responsibilities

• Scope and plan projects, translating business needs into clear outcomes and measures of success.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Manage risks, dependencies and reporting to sponsors and stakeholders.
