Job summary

RiverMeadow is seeking a delivery leader to own end-to-end cloud migration projects in a fast-moving, partner-led environment. This is a remote, full-time role spanning Australia, Europe and Japan, and you will operate with minimal friction in a high-pressure setting.

You will create delivery structure, enforce accountability, manage multi-workstream engagements, and report clearly to leadership and customers while guiding teams toward completed outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of project or program management experience.
• 4+ years delivering cloud migration or infrastructure transformation projects.
• Proven ability to lead complex, customer-facing delivery engagements.
• Strong experience managing enterprise stakeholders, system integrators and partners, and multi-workstream technical projects.
• Deep understanding of the project lifecycle in migration scenarios.
• Ability to operate independently in high-pressure, ambiguous environments.
• Strong communication skills — able to engage at both technical and executive levels.

Lead cloud migration delivery end to end in your region, creating structure and accountability in fast-moving, partner-led engagements.

This is not a traditional PMO coordination role. You will operate in fast-moving, partner-led environments where success depends on your ability to create delivery structure, enforce accountability, and work closely with regional Delivery Leads to turn migration plans into completed outcomes.
