Job summary

JCDecaux seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple design and construction projects across major Australian environments, ensuring safe, compliant and on-time delivery of advertising structures. You will coordinate suppliers, contractors and internal teams while meeting cost, quality and sustainability targets.

You will bring 8+ years in complex projects, a degree in engineering or construction management, and formal PM credentials, with strong Excel skills and contractor management

Qualifications

• 8+ years managing design and construction projects in complex built environments (urban, transport, infrastructure or similar).
• Degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Formal project management qualification (e.g. PMBoK, PRINCE2) or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated contractor management and sound people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee asset design, data, systems and project management standards to ensure advertising structures are fit-for-purpose and delivered on time and to budget.
• Lead projects with a Safety in Design and sustainability focus, with robust safety plans and compliant contractors.
• Manage CapEx trackers, budgets, schedules and risks and provide clear reporting on progress and costs to senior stakeholders.
• Deliver projects to agreed scope, quality, schedule and budget, with milestones and risks visibility and post-commissioning feedback to improve future projects.
• Provide day-to-day leadership, mentoring and technical guidance to project teams and foster collaboration.
