You bring clarity to competing priorities, communicate complex issues plainly and build confidence through transparency and follow-through. You will bring:* Demonstrated experience leading complex enterprise technology, SaaS, student information system or business transformation programmes.* Direct Ellucian Banner experience is highly desirable. Experience with another higher education platform or large-scale enterprise system will also be considered.* Strong experience in programme planning, governance, risk, issue, dependency and change management.* Demonstrated experience coordinating system integration, data migration, testing, cutover and operational readiness across multiple workstreams.* Proven experience managing implementation partners, system integrators and third-party vendors, including delivery commitments, performance, resourcing and escalations.* Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills, with the ability to influence executives, academic leaders, technical specialists, operational teams and external partners.* Experience working in a matrix environment with distributed or international teams.* The ability to make sound decisions with incomplete information, challenge constructively and maintain momentum through ambiguity.* Relevant project or programme management qualifications.
