Crown Resorts is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex capital projects at Crown Sydney, from brief through completion.

You will manage budgets, schedules, procurement and contractor performance while coordinating with consultants, operations and stakeholders to ensure safe, on-time delivery and quality outcomes.

Formación

• 8–10+ years’ experience in building and construction with complex capital projects.
• Experience delivering new builds, fit-outs, refurbishments, and brownfield projects.
• Proven experience managing Tier 1–3 contractors in live operations.
• Strong budgeting, variations, contracts, and procurement capabilities.
• Advanced scheduling with familiarity of Primavera is advantageous.
• Degree in Engineering, Construction, PM or related discipline; experience with PM systems such as Aconex.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multiple capital projects from brief through procurement, construction and completion.
• Develop and manage budgets, programs, critical paths, variations, and risks.
• Lead tendering, evaluation, negotiation, and appointment of contractors and suppliers.
• Manage consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders across complex environments.
• Oversee construction delivery, approvals, safety, quality, and contractor performance.
• Lead governance and reporting to identify and resolve delivery risks.
