Job summary

Crown Resorts in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex capital projects from concept to handover in a live environment. You will manage budgets, programs, risk, safety and quality, oversee tendering and coordinate consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders to deliver on time and to spec.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years' experience in building and construction, delivering complex capital projects.
• Strong experience across new build, fit-out, refurbishment and/or brownfield construction projects.
• Proven experience managing Tier 1-3 contractors and multiple projects in live operational environments.
• Strong commercial capability across project budgets, variations, contracts and procurement.
• Advanced programming and scheduling capability, with Primavera experience advantageous.
• A degree in Engineering, Construction, Project Management or a related discipline, with experience using project management systems such as Aconex.

The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Property Design & Development team at Crown Melbourne. You'll lead complex capital projects, spanning new builds, fit-outs and refurbishments, with accountability for delivery across program, budget, risk, safety and quality.

We are currently looking to hire x2 Senior Project Managers to join our Melbourne office.
