Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and complex IT system integrations.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multi-disciplinary programs.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
• Solid technical background with hands-on experience in software engineering or IT systems delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for large-scale, cross-functional initiatives from inception to delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define program scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, manage schedules, and track progress against milestones.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of programs.
• Facilitate effective communication across teams and leadership, providing regular updates and status reports.
• Manage dependencies across multiple teams and ensure alignment on priorities and resources.
• Lead retrospective processes to capture learnings and improve future execution.

The Role

• Lead end-to-end program management for large-scale, cross-functional initiatives from inception to delivery.


• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define program scope, goals, and deliverables.


• Develop detailed project plans, manage schedules, and track progress against milestones.


• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of programs.

• 10+ years of experience in project and program management, ideally within technology-driven organizations.
