Thales Group in Brisbane (Eagle Farm) invites applications for Senior Project Manager to lead bids and projects in the Land/Protected Vehicles portfolio from our hybrid Brisbane office. You will oversee multi-partner bids, ensure cost, schedule, safety and quality targets are exceeded, and drive development of competitive bid offers.

• Degree qualified in business, engineering, project management or other suitable discipline.
• Proven senior-level bid and project management experience with multi-partners / major co-contractors.
• Experience with complex Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
• Ability to lead in an international environment in diverse cultures, multicultural and unstable arena concerning one or several stakeholders.
• Proven and effective leadership skills with a high level of interpersonal and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams.
