Job summary

Adbri is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Birkenhead, SA to lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex capital projects up to $100m, ensuring safety, on‑time, and on‑budget outcomes. You will drive governance, risk controls and PMO maturity while collaborating with senior leaders across multidisciplinary teams.

Leading brownfield and greenfield projects, you will strengthen commercial discipline and contractor management, delivering value while upholding safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Civil or related discipline) plus postgraduate or recognised project management certification.
  • Extensive senior‑level experience delivering complex capital projects up to $100m.
  • Proven leadership across the full project life‑cycle in industrial or operational environments.
  • Strong capability in project controls, commercial management, contracts and risk.
  • Demonstrated success influencing senior stakeholders and leading multidisciplinary teams.

The role

As a Senior Project Manager at Adbri, you will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of complex, high‑value capital projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, on budget and aligned with strategic priorities. Working with multidisciplinary teams and senior leaders, you will drive project performance, strengthen governance, and lift project management capability across the organisation.


This role is located in Birkenhead, South Australia, there will be some intrastate travel required.
