Job summary

Redpath Partners Pty Ltd, exclusive partner with Adelaide Airport Ltd, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead a small team and deliver complex landside capital projects.

You will manage end-to-end delivery, mentor direct reports, engage with stakeholders and drive improvements to safety, quality, cost and schedule. This role reports to the Project Director and operates within a dynamic aviation environment in Adelaide.

Qualifications

• Experience leading delivery of major capital works projects.
• Background in commercial construction, logistics, infrastructure or other complex operational environments.
• Strong blend of technical delivery capability, strategic thinking and leadership.

About the Opportunity

This is a key leadership role within the Planning, Development and Delivery function, offering the opportunity to lead a small team while remaining hands‑on in the delivery of complex, high‑value projects. As one of two Senior Project Managers within the Landside team, you will lead your own direct reports while working collaboratively with your counterpart and the broader team, reporting directly to the Project Director. You will have significant ownership across a portfolio of landside projects, while contributing to a collaborative team environment focused on delivering successful outcomes across safety, quality, cost and program.

Key responsibilities

• Leading the delivery of end‑to‑end projects in a Senior Project Manager capacity, with responsibility for direct reports and hands‑on ownership of project outcomes.
• Managing major capital works projects to achieve agreed scope, quality, program and budget objectives.
• Supporting the Head of Project Delivery and Project Directors in the development of procurement strategies and portfolio/program delivery frameworks.
• Contributing to the establishment and ongoing improvement of the PMO and broader continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

You are an experienced Senior Project Manager, or a highly capable Project Manager ready to take the next step, with a background in commercial construction, logistics, infrastructure or other complex operational environments. You bring a strong blend of technical delivery capability, strategic thinking and leadership, with a proven track record of successfully delivering major projects in live or operational environments.
