WSP USA is seeking a Senior Professional, Project Management in its Seattle, WA office to support financial management, budget tracking, invoicing, and reporting for a growing Transportation and Infrastructure practice. This role collaborates with project leadership to ensure budgets remain healthy and compliant.

The position involves routine preparation of client reports, dashboards, and executive communications, with coordination across multiple locations including Tacoma, Vancouver, Redmond,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience supporting project financials, project controls, PM, or construction management.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and financial reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience preparing executive-level reports and dashboards.

Responsabilités

• Monitor project budgets, labor utilization, and contract performance across multiple projects.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, forecasts, and project performance summaries.
• Manage subconsultant contract documentation and financial reporting.
• Track margin erosion and rate adjustments; submit annual changes.
• Support project managers with revenue projections, backlog tracking, and resource forecasting.
• Assist with budget development, ETCs, and invoices.
• Review labor charges and project expenditures for accuracy.
• Coordinate with project teams and maintain contract documentation.
