Job summary

Consolidated Power Projects (CPP) is seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to lead site-based delivery of civil infrastructure across Queensland, including substations, transmission lines and renewables.

This hands-on role requires ownership of civil works packages from planning through to completion, coordinating concrete, structural steel and earthworks while meeting drawings, specs, safety and QA/QC standards.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience as Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer in civil construction, infrastructure, utilities or energy projects.
• Strong site-based delivery experience across concrete, structural steel and earthworks.
• Knowledge of construction drawings, technical specifications, QA/QC processes and project documentation.
• Strong planning, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, with experience coordinating subcontractors and site teams.

Responsibilities

• Own civil works packages from planning to completion.
• Coordinate concrete, structural steel and earthworks on site.
• Ensure delivery aligns with drawings, specs, safety requirements and quality standards.
• Provide technical leadership to project and site teams.
• Oversee QA/QC, inspections, test reports and handover packs.
