Consolidated Power Projects (CPP) is expanding its national design engineering capability and seeks a Senior Civil Engineer to join the in-house team. You will deliver practical, compliant civil designs for HV substations, battery storage, and renewable energy projects, guiding earthworks, drainage and access road elements.

You’ll mentor engineers and graduates, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure constructible and safe outcomes, while upholding Australian design standards and

Qualifications

• A degree in Civil Engineering (RPEQ or CPEng highly regarded).
• 7+ years of experience in civil design, ideally within energy or large infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of Australian design standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Experience in HV substation or utility grid connections civil design is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver innovative, practical civil designs for HV substations and renewable energy projects.
• Oversee stormwater drainage, earthworks, pavements and access road design.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure designs are constructible and compliant.
• Mentor design engineers and graduates and support continuous improvement.
