ACCIONA is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead planning and delivery across defined packages for infrastructure projects in Victoria, Australia. You will coordinate engineers, subcontractors and suppliers, reporting to the Project Manager and ensuring delivery on program.

You will guide technical, commercial and quality outcomes, uplift capability, and ensure standards across all delivery stages while working with construction, safety and design teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in civil or structural engineering.
• Proven experience on major infrastructure projects.
• Strong commercial and subcontractor skills.
• Experience leading engineering teams.
• Rail, road or water delivery experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead package delivery and achieve program milestones.
• Manage engineering, quality and design interfaces.
• Drive cost control and support commercial decisions.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and compliance.
• Conduct risk reviews and apply mitigation actions.
• Build strong stakeholder and client relationships.
• Coach engineers and support development plans.
