The Arnott’s Group Huntingwood site is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to shape the manufacturing future by leading capital projects, driving performance improvements and operational excellence. You will manage end-to-end project delivery, build robust business cases and collaborate with site leaders, operations teams, suppliers and contractors to create long-term value for the business.

Formación

• Degree-qualified engineer with experience delivering capital projects in FMCG/food manufacturing or similar.
• Experience leading multiple projects from concept to commissioning and handover.
• Strong commercial acumen with capital budgets and investment justifications.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and lead project teams.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop capital investment opportunities to improve safety, quality, reliability, capacity and efficiency across manufacturing operations.
• Support robust business cases, budgets and project plans for strategic capital investments.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent capital projects, ensuring on-time, within-budget outcomes.
• Collaborate with site leaders, operations, suppliers and contractors to deliver engineering solutions with long-term value.
• Manage capital budgets, approvals and project close-out activities.
• Support evolution of engineering and capital management practices while developing future leadership capability.
